COPY

The COPY primary command copies the data denoted by a specified column range within the record replacing the existing data, starting at the first byte of data displayed. COPY is only available when zoomed in on a record (see Zooming in to see all of a record). For further details, see COPY primary command.

You can only use COPY with Tape Update (option 4.3) and Tape Record Load (option 4.4).
