Connect Timeout

Personal Communications uses nonblocking sockets when connecting to a remote system. Personal Communications waits three seconds, by default, to establish the socket connection. The default can be changed by adding the following line to the Telnet3270 or Telnet5250 section of the workstation profile:

InactiveTimeout=xx      

where xx is the time in seconds.
