getStrFromClob()

The lobLib.getStrFromClob() system function returns a string that corresponds to the value referenced by a CLOB variable.

Syntax

  lobLib.getStrFromClob(clobVariable CLOB in)
  returns (result STRING)

clobVariable: The CLOB variable. If this parameter has a null value, EGL throws a NullValueException.
result: The returned string.
