Authorizing the COBOL compiler library for batch processing

If you are running File Manager APF-authorized in batch mode, there is no further action you need to take to use the File Manager COBOL compiler authorized. If you do not want to run your batch jobs authorized when using this compiler, then you must run all your File Manager batch jobs un-authorized.
