CICS® VR settings

Use the CICS® VR main menu to customize all CICS® VR settings, such as Undo logs.

You can customize CICS® VR settings by selecting option 8, CICS VR settings, from the CICS® VR main menu.

When you select the CICS VR Settings option, the CICS® VR settings secondary window is displayed:

Undo logs assignment
Select option 1 to assign undo log associations. For further information on the available settings, see Undo log associations.
Time presentation
Select option 2 to set the time format to be used in the CICS® VR ISPF dialog session. For further information on the available settings, see Setting the global time format.
Server default settings
Select option 3 to set the CICS® VR server address space defaults. For further information on the settings see, Setting CICS VR server address space defaults.
Server scavenger settings
Select option 4 to set the CICS® VR server address space scavenger parameters. For further information on the available settings see,Setting CICS VR server address space scavenger parameters.
Automatic log of log scan schedule
Select option 5 to set the CICS® VR log of log scan schedule parameters. For further information on the available settings see,Automatic log of log scan schedule.
