Browsing messages
At various locations throughout the CICS® VR panel interface, CICS® VR writes messages to the data set allocated to the DWWMSG ddname when the specific error conditions are detected.
When the error messages are initially written to the data set allocated
to the DWWMSG ddname, CICS® VR performs an ISPF VIEW of
the recently written messages. You can view all messages that have
been written to the data set allocated to the DWWMSG ddname during
the entire session of the CICS® VR panel interface by selecting
option six, Browse messages, from the CICS® VR
main menu
.
