Transaction CINT, CINB, or CINC received
an invalid response when issuing EXEC CICS command.
The response is in eibresp, eibresp2 and eibrcode.
Other data, if present, might give the object operated
on by the command.
The transaction is terminated by abending IUZA and
the Collector is
stopped.
