Removing the Crystal Reports runtime

Before upgrading the version of the Crystal Reports runtime configured for Rational® ClearQuest® Report Server for Crystal Reports, remove the currently configured version.

About this task

In these instructions, the installation directory for the Crystal Reports runtime is based on Rational® ClearQuest® being installed in a new WebSphere® profile in the default location. If Rational® ClearQuest® was installed into an existing WebSphere® Application profile, the path where the Crystal Reports runtime component is located might be different than the one used in this procedure.

Procedure

From a command prompt, navigate to the directory where configureJRC.bat is installed.

Windows™

cd %CLEARQUEST_HOME\cqweb\cqwebprofile\installedApps\dfltCell\RationalClearQuestWebReport.ear\CQWebReportModule.war

Linux™:

cd $CQ_HOME/cqweb/cqwebprofile/installedApps/dfltCell/RationalClearQuestWebReport.ear/CQWebReport.war
Run the command to remove the component:

Windows™

To remove the Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse runtime, run this command:configureJRC remove

Linux™:

To remove the Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse runtime, run this command:./configureJRC.sh remove
