Installing Rational® ClearQuest® Report Server for Crystal Reports
Install the Rational® ClearQuest® Report Server for Crystal Reports component with Installation Manager.

About this task
These instructions are for adding the Rational® ClearQuest® Report Server for Crystal Reports feature to an existing Rational® ClearQuest® installation. For information about installing this component during Rational® ClearQuest® installation, see Prerequisite planning for installing Rational ClearQuest. Close all Rational® ClearQuest® client applications before adding the feature.
Procedure
- Start the IBM® Installation Manager.
- Click Modify to view the installed packagers.
- On the Modify Packages page, click the Rational® ClearQuest® SDLC package. Then, click Next.
- Select the translations to install. Then, click Next.
- In the list of installed packages, click the Rational® ClearQuest® check box.
- Click the arrow in front of the Rational® ClearQuest® entry, to view the components available in the package.
- Click the arrow in front of Server Components to view the available components that can be installed.
- Click the Report Server for Crystal Reports check box.
- Review the package and feature selected and clear the selection from anything that you do not want to install. Then, click Next.
- Specify the IBM® HTTP Server configuration file location, or use the default settings. Then, click Next.
- Specify the WebSphere® Application Server parameters, or use the default settings. Then, click Next.
- Click Modify to add the Rational® ClearQuest® Report Server for Crystal Reports.
- After the process completes, click Finish to close the Installation Manager.
