When using multiple stages it is strongly recommended to use infinite loops to ensure that virtual users always have enough work scheduled regardless of the total duration of all the stages. Another possible reason is that one or more virtual users exited upon encountering a serious error; consult the Test Log or Common Base Event XML log on the agent for more information. Create the AllowSimulationAPI 'REG_DWORD' key with value 1 in HKLM> Software> [ WOW6432Node ]> Citrix> ICA Client> CCM folder of the windows registry.

Recording of RPT Citrix activity requires a AllowSimulationAPI key in HKLM> Software> [ WOW6432Node ]> Citrix> ICA Client> CCM. This specification is documented by Citrix in article CTX123616.

Users either need to create the AllowSimulationAPI 'REG_DWORD' key with value 1 manually or need to provide appropriate write permissions to 'users' group for this folder, with appropriate permissions in place RPT workbench can create these keys before a recording.
