Another possible reason is that one or more virtual users exited upon encountering a serious error; consult the Test Log or Common Base Event XML log on the agent for more information. This error can occur if the server or agent computer is under heavy load. This error can also occur if the server or host computer is not configured with enough connections, or if the agent computer is not configured with enough sockets.

Examine the server and agent computers to find and fix bottlenecks. To stop tests or virtual users when this error occurs, enable and configure error handling in the test.
