The operating system that is specified in the agent computer asset does not match the operating system that is running on the computer at the specified address.
1. Open the schedule in the test editor.
2. Select the user group that runs on the location mentioned in the error message.
3. In the Schedule Element Details, click the Locations tab, and then select the location mentioned in the error message.
4. Click Edit.
5. Select the appropriate value from the Operating system list.
6. Click OK.
