A connect time-out occurred during a socket I/O connect to web-server '%1' attempting to retrieve URI '%2'. Since this URI is the primary request for the current page all secondary requests will be skipped and the next page will be attempted.
This error can occur if the server or agent computer is under heavy load. This error can also occur if the server or host computer is not configured with enough connections, or if the agent computer is not configured with enough sockets.
Examine the server and agent computers to find and fix bottlenecks. To stop tests or virtual users when this error occurs, enable and configure error handling in the test.
