Upgrading from Earlier Version of HACL ToolKit

To upgrade the HACL Toolkit from v16.0 to v16.0.1 perform the following steps:

1. Launch HACL Toolkit setup using GUI or Console or Silent mode.

2. It automatically detects and reads the previous configured information and performing upgrade installation.
3. Retains the user defined customized files on upgrade.
