Starting FM/IMS
How you start FM/IMS depends on how it is installed on your system. Typically, FM/IMS is installed as an option on one of your ISPF menus, for example:

To start FM/IMS:
- Select the FM/IMS option from the
z/OS Primary Option Menu.
When you start FM/IMS, the Primary Option Menu is shown, with a summary of the current version information displayed in a pop-up message box.
- Press Enter to close the version window.
If FM/IMS is not an option on one of your ISPF menus, ask your system administrator to explain the startup process used at your site.
