SAF-rule controlled auditing not in effect

When SAF-rule controlled auditing is not in effect (that is, auditing is controlled by the settings in the FMN0POPT macro), the Create audit trail option is displayed on the Edit Entry panel and the WebSphere® MQ Queue Editor Entry panel. If the Create audit trail option is selected, or the AUDITLOG option DEMAND or YES has been specified in the FMN0POPT macro, auditing of inserted, deleted, or changed records are logged.
