- Specifies the default SMS management class that FM/IMS uses when allocating the IMS™ Log. The maximum length you can specify for LOGMGMTC is eight (8) bytes. LOGMGMTC is optional. If omitted the SMS management class specified in PMGMT is used, if supplied.
