Configuring the Rational® ClearQuest® Web server service account

Modify the Log on as account for a WebSphere® Application Server profile where Rational® ClearQuest® Web server is deployed.

Procedure

Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
Perform the following tasks for each profile in which Rational® ClearQuest® Web server is deployed (for example, IBM WebSphere Application Server V8.5 - cqwebprofile):
1. Double-click the service to open its properties window.
2. Click the Log on tab.
3. Modify the log on properties to use either a local or domain account.
  Important: The account must have administrative permission on the Rational® ClearQuest® Web server.
