Re-creating the Symphony file from the current plan
About this task
If the process for creating the Symphony™ fails, you can create a new Symphony™ file based on the current plan, if the plan is up-to-date. For more information about creating the Symphony™ file from the current plan, seeCurrent-plan recovery processing.
To re-create the Symphony™ file:
- Enter the OPC Dialog and select the option 3, Daily Planning on the main menu.
- On the panel Producing OPC Daily Plans, select the option 5, SYMPHONY RENEW, then submit the symphony renew batch job to create the Symphony™ file.
When the Symphony™ file is created by the batch job, it is distributed to the fault-tolerant workstation in order to start the scheduling activity again.
