If a PDT file does not exist for the printer being used, you can create your own. To do so, first create a printer definition file (PDF) and convert it into a PDT file, as described in Using PDT Files. PDF files are saved in the PDFPDT subdirectory under the directory in which Personal Communications has been installed.
