Problem Analysis

Personal Communications provides several utilities to help you with problem analysis. They can be invoked by clicking their icons from the 'Programs → IBM Personal Communications → Administrative and PD Aids'' subfolder on the Windows® Start menu.

In a Windows 10 machine, all
the executable are listed under one folder, 'IBM Personal Communications', and
Utilities can be invoked by clicking their icons from the 'Programs ->IBM Personal Communications' subfolder on the Windows®Start menu.
