Thai HCP-838 support is available on systems configured with the English Windows regional format.

The following limitations apply to 838-Thai HCP when using the English regional format:

Print to PDF (Non-PDT)
Thai character search on the green screen using the menu option Edit > Find is not supported.

The same limitations are also observed for 838-Thai HCP in the Thai regional format.
