To receive automatic updates when IBM® publishes new
support content for your products, subscribe to weekly email updates or RSS feeds.
Support content might include information about new releases, fixes, technotes, APARs,
and support flashes.
Before you begin
To sign up
for email updates, you must be a registered user on the IBM Support Portal
website.
Procedure
To subscribe to email
updates:
- Open the
IBM Rational® Support Portal
website.
- Browse for your
product.
- In the Tools and resources
section, click Manage your support notifications.
- Select the Subscribe tab.
- Select the brand and products to subscribe
to.
- Click Continue.
- In the Options section, enter a Subscription
name.
- Select a folder to organize your
subscriptions.
- In the Notify me by
section, select how to receive your subscriptions.
- Email: Receive emails from IBM Support at
the interval of your choice.
- Delivery to
this folder: Notifications from IBM Support are stored in the My
Subscriptions tab.
- Delivery via
syndication feed (RSS, Atom): Aggregate notifications in a
feed.
- Select the Document
types to receive notifications for.
- Select the types of documents for which you want to receive
information.
- Click
Submit.
