Configuring help content for Eclipse client applications

The help delivery system is packaged as a web archive (.war) file that is deployed on a help server. The web archive file contains the basic help infrastructure that is required to run a help system. Depending on the product, some web archives might also contain information about setting up the help or minimal product-specific information.
