Differences between primary commands when editing and browsing

These primary commands, available in both Browse and Edit, have the following additional features in Edit:

CANCEL, END and QUIT

In Browse, CANCEL, END and QUIT are synonymous. In Edit, END automatically saves changes before ending the edit session, while CANCEL and QUIT end the edit session without saving changes; if you have made any changes, FM/IMS displays a message box asking you to confirm that you want to discard those changes.
