Running File Manager Db2 component under FM/CICS

These File Manager Db2 functions are not available when running under CICS:

FM/Db2 Object Functions (option 3.2).
FM/Db2 Utility Job Generation (option 3.9).
FM/Db2 Interactive Db2 (option 5).
FM/Db2 line commands EE, VE, and RE which start another FM/Db2 session.
