    If you need to update the parameters for a CICS® region after FMN3INST has been run to create the profile data set, use the job FMN3PRDU.

Modifying and submitting FMN3PRDU

If you need to update the parameters for a CICS® region after FMN3INST has been run to create the profile data set, use the job FMN3PRDU.

There are three steps to modifying and running FMN3PRDU:

Modify FMN3PRFD (see FMN3PRFD)
Modify FMN3PRDU
Run FMNPRDU

FMN3PRDU

You modify FMN3PRDU as follows:

Copy the member FMN3PRDU from FMN.SFMNSAM1 into your own JCL library.
Change the following values in your copy of FMN3PRDU:
- Change the job card to meet your site's requirements.
- Change FMNHLQ= to the high level qualifier for the File Manager target libraries.
- Change FMNPROF=profile.dsn to the data set name to be used for the VSAM logon profile data set for FM/CICS.
- Change FMNPROFD= to refer to your customized version of FMN3PRFD.
