Limiting the size of minidumps

The MaxMinidumpPages option (MaxMinidumpPages) lets you limit the size of minidumps written to the history file. If the number of pages in the minidump exceed the limit in effect, then no minidump is written.

When choosing a minidump size limit, the space that is allocated to the fault history file should be considered. Each minidump page is 4 kilobytes.
