Rational® ClearQuest® Web is a browser-based interface to Rational ClearQuest that runs on Windows, the UNIX system, and Linux. You can track defects and change requests in Rational ClearQuest Web through this interface. When a session times out, you can re-authenticate and continue where you left off because the state of the user interface is retained.
Use the Rational® ClearQuest® Client to submit, modify, and track change requests and to analyze project progress.
You can export and import report formats in a Rational® ClearQuest® environment. This feature allows you to share information layouts, in a common file format, with other Rational ClearQuest users and organizations.
One way to create a report is to apply an existing query to an existing report format and then running the report.
