Procedure

Define a profile in the STARTED class to associate a user ID with the HSIJMON, HSIJAUTO, and HSIJANLO started tasks.
Specify that user IDs have the following access permissions:
1. READ access to hsi** data sets
2. ALTER access to hsiinst.** data sets
