The list of Available Groups is empty in the Enter Task Information window
You are creating a task, and you notice that in the Enter Task Information the list of Available Groups is empty. You are using an LDAP user registry.
Cause and solution:
Log into
the Integrated Solutions Console as
administrator
and check the advanced LDAP configuration settings are correct as
follows:
- In the Navigation tree click Security.
- Click Secure administration, applications, and infrastructure.
- Check that the Available realm definitions field is set to Standalone LDAP registry.
- Click Configure.
- Click Advanced Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) user registry settings under Additional Properties.
- Verify that the settings for groups and users are correct for your configuration.
