Small Programming Enhancements released in October 2016
The following features were provided with IBM Z Workload Scheduler small programming enhancements (SPEs) released for Version 9.3, in October 2016.
- You can now set the Manually Hold and NOP options for an operation directly in the Application Description database, or you can associate the Manually Hold or NOP option with a specific run cycle. For details, see Delaying an operation, and releasing it and Removing an operation from the current plan and restoring it.
- The ADOPNOP and ADOPMH parameters have been added to the ADOP batch-loader control statement. The ADVDDNOP, ADVDDMH, and ADVDDJOBCRT parameters have been added to the ADVDD batch-loader control statement. For details, see Batch-loader control statements.
