Initial problem analysis

This chapter defines problems that might occur in IBM Z Workload Scheduler. The external symptoms of each problem are described to help you or an IBM® representative to classify your problem. After you identify the problem type, turn to Problem analysis procedures to document the problem further and to build a keyword string. The keyword string will be used by the IBM® Support Center to search a database to determine if your problem has been previously reported. You can use a copy of the IBM Z Workload Scheduler problem description sheet in Problem description sheet to record all the information related to the problem.
