Controlling access to IBM® Z Workload Scheduler from APPC

Read the following information if you use any of the IBM® Z Workload Scheduler user interfaces to access IBM® Z Workload Scheduler using APPC. The interfaces include:

The IBM® Z Workload Scheduler API, either from your own transaction program or through the Dynamic Workload Console
The IBM® Z Workload Scheduler server, from your own PIF programs or ISPF dialogs, or the Dynamic Workload Console for Application Description.

Access to IBM® Z Workload Scheduler through the API or the server can be controlled in two distinct ways: through security provided by:
