Cannot retrieve objects defined in folders on a workstation set to ignore

You search for scheduling objects, such as jobs or resources, defined on a workstation which is defined on a folder and set to ignore, but no objects are retrieved in the search.

Cause and solution:

This is a known problem related to the folders feature. To work around this problem, search for the workstation with the filter set to /@/@, or specify the workstation unique identifier, as described in the following example:
conman ss 0ASEA234AAE432#/FOLDER_1/JS1

where 0ASEA234AAE432 is the ID of the workstation.

You can retrieve the workstation unique identifier using the following composer command:
composer li ws=<workstation_name>;showid
