To customize HCL BigFix to manage an IBM Workload Scheduler agent upgrade, perform the following steps:

Open the HCL BigFix Console.
Log in to the HCL BigFix server by using the administrative credentials and perform the steps listed in the next sections to configure and customize the HCL BigFix environment to automate the IBM Workload Scheduler upgrade installation.
