Creating a physical WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server transport
You can create a physical IBM® Rational® Integration Tester connection to an IBM® WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance.
About this task
- Ensure that you have the URL of the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance that you want to use.
- Ensure that you have a username and password if you will use an HTTPS connection to the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance.
Procedure
- Open the Physical View of the Architecture School perspective of Rational® Integration Tester.
- On the toolbar of the Physical View, click IBM > IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository. The WSRR Server window is displayed.
- In the Server URL field, enter the URL of the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance to which you want to connect.
- In the Username and Password fields, enter a username and password if required.
Note: If you want to create an HTTPS connection, you
must enter a username and password for authentication.
- Click Test connection to verify that the connection works.
- Click OK to close the Test connection message window.
- Click OK to close the WSRR Server window.
