  - Troubleshooting: Installation and configuration
    You can troubleshoot some of the problems that you might encounter when you are installing, configuring, or running Rational® Integration Tester.
  - Global problem notifications
    Problems can occur at a time when Rational® Integration Tester cannot display an error message. Instead, a warning icon is displayed. Double-clicking the icon reveals a list of errors.

Troubleshooting Rational® Integration Tester

While working with Rational® Integration Tester, you might encounter some problems that you can easily troubleshoot.

Known problems of Rational® Integration Tester are documented in the form of individual technotes in the Support Knowledge Base. As problems are discovered and resolved, the knowledge base is updated and maintained with new information. By searching the knowledge base, you can quickly find workarounds or solutions to problems.
