Running multiple Rational® Integration Tester tests in IBM® Engineering Test Management

To run multiple Rational® Integration Tester tests in Engineering Test Management, you must first enable parameter passing with Engineering Test Management, and then configure the tests in Rational® Integration Tester with the appropriate input and output parameters.

To be able to run multiple tests in Engineering Test Management:

Procedure

To enable parameter passing with Engineering Test Management, you must export two or more Rational® Integration Tester tests to Engineering Test Management, and then create a Engineering Test Management test suite.
Configure all of the tests in Rational® Integration Tester with the appropriate input and output parameters. For example, for a parameter to be passed from Test A to Test B, Test B must have an input parameter with the same name as the output parameter from Test A.
Export the tests to Engineering Test Management, create an Engineering Test Management test suite, and add all of the tests to the suite in order.
Disable parallel processing of the tests, and enable Passing of execution variables between scripts. This can be done at run time in the Engineering Test Management user interface.
