Creating defects in the integrated change management tool

After a test or test suite is executed in the Test Lab, users can raise defects against it by using any of the change management tools that are integrated with Rational® Integration Tester.

Procedure

  1. Select the test or test suite entry in the Task Monitor and click the Raise Defect Raise defect icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can right-click the wanted entry in the Task Monitor or right-click an error message within the console and select Raise Defect from the menu. Raise Defect option
    The Change Management dialog is displayed.
  2. To select a different change management tool, select the tool from the Integration combination list.
