Before you begin

You must have completed the following tasks:

Purchased Concurrent Virtual Services licenses.
Provisioned the license server with the Concurrent Virtual Services licenses.
Installed Rational® Integration Tester Agent from the Rational® Test Virtualization Server product package on a computer.

Procedure

Set an environment variable as follows on the computer on which Rational® Integration Tester Agent is installed:

RATIONAL_LICENSE_FILE=27000@hostname_of_license_server

Where 27000 is the port number of the license server, and hostname_of_license_server is the name of the host on which the license server runs.

Results

The agent is configured to use the Concurrent Virtual Services licenses from the license server when the agent runs.
