Managing stubs

You can manage stubs by using the command-line, Ant, and REST APIs.

Note: Starting from version 10.0.0, you can publish, start, or stop the managed stubs available in the Environments dashboard in Rational® Test Control Panel by using the command line. For more information about managed stubs, see Server-based stubs.

You can perform operations on the same managed stub instances from either the GUI or the command line. For example, you can publish a stub instance from the command line, update its configuration from the GUI, and start the stub from the command line. You can perform operations in any other combination that you want.
