Administering IBM® Rational® Test Control Panel Rational® Test Control Panel
is a server-based web application providing a central repository for virtualized services. The Rational® Test Control Panel allows you to use virtual services published with Rational Integration Tester to create, share, and deploy virtualized test environments in IBM® Rational Test Virtualization Server.

In a secure environment, you want to use HTTPS communication with Rational® Test Control Panel so in the Rational® Test Control Panel setup, HTTPS is enabled by default. You might want to use your own truststore for server SSL connections or disable HTTPS.
