      A new option to control whether to automatically determine the encoding settings from the binary content in fields is now available as a preference setting. You can change the preference setting from Window > Preferences > Byte Arrays or Project > Preferences > Byte Arrays.

      You can now configure Rational® Integration Tester agents to start stubs that are in a specific domain or an environment.
