Rational® Test Control Panel
- Tools page
  The list of agents changed for a release was updated. Review the Tools page of Rational® Test Control Panel to see each tool and the version that it was last changed.
Technologies
- Support to run tests or resources as a GitHub Action
  You can now run tests or resources that are contained in your project in Rational® Integration Tester as a GitHub Action from a Git repository.
  See Configuration of test runs in a GitHub Actions Workflow.
- Importing and creating test resources from external recorded events
  You can now import events that are recorded in external applications and saved as an HTTP archive file into the Recording Studio. After you import events, you can create tests or stubs and run them in Rational® Integration Tester.

- Automatic detection of encoding settings
  A new option to control whether to automatically determine the encoding settings from the binary content in fields is now available as a preference setting. You can change the preference setting from Window > Preferences > Byte Arrays or Project > Preferences > Byte Arrays.

- Configuring agents to start stubs in a specific domain
  You can now configure Rational® Integration Tester agents to start stubs that are in a specific domain or an environment.

- Usage of custom Kafka headers is enhanced
  Rational® Integration Tester now allows custom Kafka headers to be subscribed to and published.
