    After you install the Rational® Integration Tester Agent, perform the following tasks.
  - Configuring agents to support token licensing
    In versions 8.5.0.2 and later, if you install or upgrade the agent software and select the Agent mode option to enable support for token licensing, you must configure the agent to point to a single domain before the agent can start.
  - Configuring the temporary storage location used by the agents
    By default, project files are stored in the temporary folder for the username who is running the Rational® Integration Tester Agent. In a few scenarios, however, the temporary folders might get cleaned up by automated processes, for example, when a stub stops running. To avoid losing data, you can change the default setting.
  - Working with Rational® Integration Tester Agent logs
    To configure the Rational® Integration Tester Agent logs, including those for the RunTests command when run from the command line, update the Rational Integration Tester Agent logging properties file.

- Upgrading Rational® Integration Tester Agent
  In general, you can upgrade from earlier versions of Rational® Integration Tester Agent to the most recent version without having to uninstall the software. Use the IBM® Installation Manager Update option to upgrade the software.

  The Rational® Integration Tester Agent is normally configured to run continuously, listening for HTTP connections from the Performance Test Controller.
