Steps to Install

Ensure that Base or Refresh pack version is installed on the User's machine.
Extract the Refresh Pack Update installer zip to get the 'Personal Communications RP**.msi'.
Double click the 'Personal Communications RP**.msi' (The message, "Welcome to Installshield wizard for Personal Communications RP**." is displayed).
Click Next to go to the next panel.
Click Next, to proceed with the installation in the Ready to Install panel.
Click Install and then click Finish.
