START_DLC
START_DLC requests the activation of a data link control (DLC). It is subsequently returned indicating whether the activation of the DLC was successful. Note that the DLC can be started even if no ports have been defined for it. See DLC Processes, Ports, and Link Stations for more information about the relationship between DLCs, ports, and link stations.
