The MAX_REFIFO_TIME parameter specifies a maximum value in milliseconds beyond which the Re-FIFO timer cannot increase. In some situations, setting this maximum value (rather than letting the timer value be calculated by the RTP protocol) can improve performance. Setting a value of 0 means that the timer is not limited and can take any value calculated by the RTP protocol.
