exp()
The mathLib.exp() system function returns the exponential of a number, which is the constant e (the base of natural logarithms) raised to the power of that number.
Syntax
mathLib.exp(numericVariable FLOAT in)
returns (result FLOAT)
- numericVariable
- Input can be any variable or expression that is assignment compatible with the FLOAT type (see "Assignment compatibility in EGL").
- result
- The exponential of numericVariable is returned as a FLOAT.
