intAsUnicode()
The strLib.intAsUnicode() system function returns a UNICODE character corresponding to an integer code point (numeric representation).
The complementary function strLib.unicodeAsInt() returns the code point for a UNICODE character.
Syntax
strLib.intAsUnicode(code INT? in)
returns (character UNICODE(1)?)
